Why Anti-Duterte's are using Kian Loyd Delos Santos' case?

Kian Loyd Delos Santos , the 17-year-old high school student in Caloocan City was killed in an anti-drug operation of the PNP. It was very unfortunate for his family as they don't believe Kian was involved in any drug activities.

Earlier this week, we shared our thoughts on the dark side of War on drugs of Pres. Duterte which for use shows the negative side or potential cause of abuse on war on drugs. In the case of Kian, it's very alarming if it's true because it could taint the war on drugs. Based on what we see from the social media, anti Dutertes are getting louder and this could be an opportunity for the group of people who are against PDuts from day one.

Who could benefit in the case of Kian Loyd Delos Santos?
  • LP/Liberal Party or the Yellow.
Since Duterte defeated their horse Mar Roxas, LP loss their chance to continue their power to control manipulate the government, money and everything from above for their personal interest.
  • Drug Lords
Of course the drug lords. The drug business started to get weaken as this administration started war on drugs operation. From our place, shabu business is the fastest way to get rich. Who doesn't want to get rich, right? Drug business during its peak period was just like anyone's business. You have the capital, you can easily start your own shabu business. It was hassle free, just give money to the right people. Drug operation raid? Nothing to worry, if you pay the right people from the PNP you will be notified before the operation. It's faster than Facebook notification.
  • Rogue PNP's
Rogue PNPs usually are the beneficiaries of these drug moneys and other illegal activities. As shown from a CCTV footage during the senate hearing on Extra-Judicial Killing last year, policemen who conducted drug raid operation planted drugs and guns so that they can use it as evidence against the employees of the companies they allegedly raided.

So if the clamor to stop the war on drugs continues and eventually stop, Rogue PNP's will surely be benefiting from it.

These group of people are just few of them, of course we skipped the obvious such as drug users/addicts.

Let's see what will happen to this issue, but for us, if it's true that the police who conducted the operation did it in an improper procedure, then they should be liable and be held responsible.

Since there are no proofs that it was illegitimate then we stood by to this war on drugs but this continues, there should be another way to fight this drug problem in this country. It should not be stop IMO.
